This quick and easy recipe is perfect for breakfast on the go and will keep you fuelled throughout the day with an added caffeine kick!
- 1 Shot of Espresso
- 120ml Semi Skimmed Milk (or the milk of your choice)
- 30g Porridge Oats
- Tbsp of Honey (Optional)
Simply add the banana, espresso shot, milk, oats and honey (optional) into a blender, and blitz until smooth.
