Start the year off right with our Coffee Infused Overnight Oats! The perfect way to start the day…
This easy to make recipe involves limited prep and allows you to have a quick and easy breakfast the following morning that tastes delicious.
- 60ml (1/4) espresso coffee (try our sweet and fruity Guatemala San Francisco to add extra flavour with notes of plum)
- 45g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
- 60ml (1/4 cup) unsweetened almond milk
- 1tsp of cocoa powder
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
In a jar or small bowl, combine the oats, coffee, almond milk, cocoa powder and chia seeds and sliced banana. Put the lid on the jar and give it a shake; stir if using a bowl. Chill overnight.
Enjoy your coffee infused overnight oats in the morning as a refreshing breakfast or mid afternoon as a rejuvenating snack!
Feel free to personalise with extra fruit, a spoonful of honey, or a handful of dark chocolate.
